After the request inquiry, quotation, and contract are confirmed, half of the request fee will be a deposit. Once the deposit is collected and confirmed, the work schedule will be decided. Regarding payment, we recommend Paypal for customers from overseas (as our head office is in Japan, Taiwan is also included overseas). In Japan, you can also transfer directly to our UFJ Bank account.

The character portrait isn't divided into parts, can you separate them for me?

Yes, it is possible to separate the parts. Separate parts will be quoted separately.
The most recommended thing to do is to have the character design illustrator divide the parts into parts.

In addition, we can also make corrections and responses after the parts are separated.

I don't have any character portraits, but do you offer a comprehensive service from character design to production?

Please refer to the portfolios of our partner illustrators and choose your favorite style.
We will contact the illustrator.
We will get back to you after checking with the illustrator regarding the price and schedule for the portrait.
We also have background designers and logo designers, so please feel free to use them as a reference.

Do I need a contract to make a request?

Yes, it is necessary.
The contract is available in Chinese (Traditional) and Japanese (same content).
Please read the contract carefully before signing.
By paying the deposit, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated in the contract.
The contents of the contract can be amended or added to within reasonable limits.

I want to cancel my order, can I get my deposit back?

The contract clearly states that "In the event of termination of the contract for personal reasons, the deposit will not be refunded."
