Basics​

1. When collecting personal information, we will clarify the purpose of collection in advance, obtain the prior consent of the individual, obtain the information through lawful means, and use it appropriately within the scope of those purposes.

2. Except as required by law, we will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary for the above-mentioned purposes without the consent of the individual. In addition, except as required by the Number Act, we will not handle personal numbers beyond the scope necessary for the purposes. We will establish the necessary handling procedures for this purpose and thoroughly inform our company.

3. When providing personal information to a third party, we will do so only with the consent of the individual, except when required by law. Furthermore, we will not provide personal numbers to third parties, except when required by the Number Act and related laws and regulations.

4. We will take reasonable safety measures and corrective actions to prevent risks such as leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and strive to ensure safety.

5. We have established a "Personal Information Consultation Desk" and will respond promptly to complaints, consultations, requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, etc. regarding the handling of personal information from individuals, as well as inquiries regarding the contents of our personal information protection policy.

6. We have established a personal information protection management system (PMS) based on the "Requirements for Personal Information Protection Management Systems" (JIS Q 15001:2017), and will continually review and improve it.
